Pon Power Scandinavia is now developing a corporate quality assurance system

As a stage in the establishment of Pon Power Scandinavia, we are now developing corporate management systems within quality and the environment. Our goal is a common certificate for both quality and the environment in 2007. As our customer, you will be met with the same quality, whether you are in contact with the Norwegian or the Danish branch of the company. See the certificate here.

We have now established common policies and targets for quality and the environment.

The Pon Power quality system – ISO9001:2000

The goal for Pon Power Scandinavia is not just to be certified, but for the quality to be part of daily routines in all parts of the company, through continual focus on quality assurance. The employees of Pon Power Scandinavia understand that our quality systems must serve our customers and that this is the best guarantee for the future existence of Pon Power Scandinavia.

Pon Power Scandinavia wants to ensure that the quality level that has been agreed with the customer is achieved and maintained.

It is our goal to comply with current standards and specifications, and deliver the goods within the deadlines of the contract.

Our quality system must be designed in such a way that we can achieve this through defined processes, in which each employee contributes with his or her knowledge and commitment, in accordance with the goals of the company.

The quality system must, at minimum, comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2000.

Pon Power Scandinavia’s quality policy

As a supplier of energy solutions and related services, Pon Power Scandinavia has obliged itself to:

  • Through its quality system, satisfy the customer's expectations to sales and service, and actively document the results through customer satisfaction surveys

  • Through its quality system, use the customer satisfaction surveys and internal surveys to form the basis for continual improvement of our products, services and systems

  • Through its quality system, comply with current legislation and regulations

    Our quality goal is 100% achievement of all sub-goals described in the annual “Quality Assurance Action Plan”.

    Customer non-conformances/dissatisfaction must be registered in Pon Power Scandinavia's non-conformance database and specific improvement of our services must be introduced and be documented continuously.
