Pon Equipment is owned by Pon Holdings, a Dutch company with more than 500 companies in 10 countries.  Pon Equipment is part of an international division under Pon Holdings consisting of Pon Equipment and Pon Power with offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and The Netherlands.  These companies share knowledge and experiences.

Pon is an international trading group of products, which form a natural community centred on quality, distribution and organisation.  Pon Holdings is family owned and consists of app. 9 000 employees of which 3 000 work outside the mother country.  The many different activities within which Pon operate can be split in two main categories:  Pon Automotive and Pon Equipment & Power systems (PEPS).
