Special service for emergency power supply
Emergency power supply units are usually located in inconspicuous places and rarely call attention to themselves. Ensuring complete trust in the emergency backup requires regular testing and maintenance. This is why Pon Power has developed an emergency power supply contract.
What can you expect with an emergency power supply contract?
- annual inspection of engine, batteries, control panel and generator
- lubricant check at our laboratory using an SOS sample (systematic test on lubricant sample from engine)
- checks on generator power, coolant temperatures, and safeguards during non-load engine test runs
- response time to disruptions of 12 hours within office hours and 24 hours outside office hours
- priority handling of failure reports
- maintenance according to Caterpillar specifications
You can optionally extend your emergency power supply contract with:
- shorter response time to failures (within four hours)
- lubricant replacements
- fuel tank analysis in conformance with the Dutch VROM guideline PGS30
- test runs with structural load or external load bank
