THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER
The Pon Power Customer Service Center has all the facilities required to offer clients a fast and efficient service. Engines, generator sets and separate engine components can be repaired and overhauled in the workshop. This is also the place where the future Caterpillar® specialists are trained.
The Pon Power workshop has been certified by Caterpillar with four stars. This is your guarantee that your engines are maintained, tested or repaired in a highly professional and properly equipped workshop. The whole organization is geared to carrying out the work promptly and accurately. Ships can moor at the quay near the head office in Papendrecht, the Netherlands. Many of the required spare parts are stored at the in-onsite warehouse. All this enables our staff to be highly efficient in everything they do.

• Two test beds for testing engines
• A separate fuel pump service
• A tool room
• A spare parts warehouse
• A laboratory for motor oil testing
• A conditioned calibration room
• A dispatch room
• Training rooms for theory and practical lessons
• A telephone helpdesk available 24 hours per day
