Preventive maintenance

Pon Power knows what the importance is of preventive maintenance. The reliability of the installation increases and costs are easier to keep under control.

Pon Power's preventive inspection and maintenance service also consists of the following modules:

• Technical Analysis Engine (Technische Analyse Motor, TAM)
  Basic inspection of the essential engine system and settings

• Technical Analysis Electrics (Technische Analyse Elektrisch, TAE)
  A basic inspection of the generator and switching panel

• Systematic Inspection Lube Oil (Systematisch Onderzoek Smeerolie, SOS)
  The regular inspection and analysis of engine lube oil for the presence of worn components and contamination

• Performance Analysis Report (Prestatie Analyse Rapport, PAR)
  An analysis of the complete propulsion installation's functioning on board ships

• Preventive Inspection Contract (Preventieve Inspectie Overeenkomst, PIO)
  A preventive maintenance contract for emergency power installations

• Pre-top End Contract (pre-top)
  A contract that runs up to the top end overhaul, in which a number of the above mentioned forms of maintenance are combined.
