Customer-Specific Service

Caterpillar installations are extremely reliable if regular servicing is carried out proficiently and on time. Customers can decide whether they wish to contract servicing out to Pon Power partially or completely. The following points can also be included in an extended service contract: performance guarantees of the installation, availability of service engineers, maximum response time of engineers in the event of a malfunction or breakdown and a maximum lead time for parts.
