Over the last few years, Pon Power has seen fantastic sales of electronically controlled engines. For this reason, our service department must continually adapt to a greater and ever more demanding market. Our targeted training of technicians and a large number of engines on the market has led to the development of high levels of knowledge about Caterpillar’s electronics and control systems. Today, our service personnel operate in an international marketplace with service visits to such places as China, Indonesia, South Africa, Brazil, Canada and throughout Europe and the North Atlantics.
Our current workforce includes a number of service technicians who have specialised in MaK and CAT engines. We also have a number of authorised sub-dealers, with service technicians located in your vicinity so they can help you with service and parts in both Denmark, Norway and in the North Atlantic islands.
24-hour emergency lines
The emergency line can be used by all CAT and MaK customers. The emergency line is used to notify acute incidents for which technicians or parts must be acquired as quickly as practically possible. The emergency line is manned around the clock.
