Quality & environment

Pon Power in Scandinavia have common management systems, policies and targets within quality and the environment. As our customer, this means that you will be met with the same quality, whether you are in contact with the Danish, Swedish or Norwegian branch of the company.

Our ISO 9001 goal, is not just to be certified, but for the quality to be part of daily routines in all parts of the company, through continual focus on quality assurance and process improvements. This focus is maintained by setting relevant quality targets and by each employee contributing with his or her knowledge and commitment, in accordance with the goals of the company.

It is our goal to comply with current standards and specifications, and deliver our products within the deadlines of the contract, and Pon Power wants to ensure that the quality level that has been agreed with the customer is achieved and maintained. We ensure this through our quality system with well-defined processes and established procedures.

Non-conformities and customer complaints are registered in our complaints database and serve continuously as a basis for implementation of specific improvements of our services.
