Quality policy in Pon Power

As a supplier of energy solutions and related services Pon Power is comitted to:

  • Through their quality system, satisfy the customer's expectations to us within sales and service, and actively document the results through customer satisfaction surveys 
       
  • Through their quality system, use the customer satisfaction surveys and internal surveys to form the basis for continual improvement of our products, services and systems
        
  • Through their quality system, comply with current legislation and regulations


The quality policy is decided by the Management Team and is reviewed at least once a year. The Management Team of Pon Power is responsible that the quality policy of the company is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization.
