The completed warranty claim form should be returned to to our warranty department for processing
Following information must be entered if the enquiry is to be processed:
· Date
· Boat name/type of installation
· Ship owner/owner
· Engine type
· Serial number
· Hours
Please explain as best as possible:
· The fault
· Which part the fault is on (if possible)
· When and how did the fault occur
