Pon Power is the only distributor of CAT engines and generator sets in Norway. Typical applications include propulsion engines, auxiliary engines, and generator sets, with a power range from 6.4 to 5420 kW. We provide primary and emergency power to the maritime sector, oil and gas installations, and land-based industry. Pon Power has 200 employees, one-third of whom are field service mechanics. We have a wide service network with easy access to overhauls/repairs, original CAT and MaK parts, and technical support available 24/7.
In June 2025, Pon Power became part of the German Zeppelin Group, which offers comprehensive solutions in construction, agriculture, marine, oil and gas, recycling, energy, and industry – from sales and service of machinery to rental and project solutions, as well as engineering services, plant construction, and drive systems. Pon Power's engineering and project department has extensive experience in developing and delivering high-quality customized power solutions. Our own Genflex™ marine generator set is assembled at our headquarters outside Oslo. Genflex™ is currently the preferred power solution for traditional offshore and offshore wind. Pon Power is also the market leader for backup power solutions for data centers in Norway with more than 500MW of installed power. We have a strong focus on innovation and the green transition, including our commitment to hybrid solutions and marine batteries.

Pon Equipment is our sister company and the only distributor of Caterpillar machines in Norway. They offer Cat construction machines in the size classes from 0.9 tons up to 256 tons.
