You have the right to, within the terms specified in the returns policy terms and conditions, return parts to Pon Equipment. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a return order on our website or through one of our employees at your local branch. The items you want to return can be returned only if they are complete and in their original condition. Return shipments must always include an authorised return form and a copy of the invoice.
Some items cannot be returned because they were ordered specifically for you. This concerns parts that were custom-made for your machine and parts that we, as a dealer, can no longer return to Caterpillar. When ordering parts online, the red asterisk (*) indicates that it is non-returnable. If, after we have processed your returns, you have a credit balance with us, this amount will be paid into the bank account from which the original purchase was made.
