Cat Inspect is a user-friendly mobile app for quickly and easily recording machine inspections. The app identifies potential problems at an early stage. It enables you to avoid unnecessary downtime and minimise repair costs. Cat Inspect is suitable for technical analyses and for preventive maintenance. You can easily find information and download inspection forms. The app eliminates tiresome paperwork and instead puts everything right at your fingertips.
Cat Inspect is available for Android devices, Apple iPhones and iPads, and Windows 8.1 tablets. The engineer will visually inspect your machine in respect of 60 different items. He can assign scores, make comments and take photos during the inspection. The report immediately makes clear which parts need extra attention and at what level, i.e. from standard to urgent. Information about optional equipment can be added to the standard form.
Besides reducing paperwork, Cat Inspect gives you a constant insight into the condition of your machine and an overall picture of your machinery. The app even forwards important alerts immediately to VisionLink. It is also possible to send information directly to Pon Equipment. The app offers a possibility for off-line inspections and supports both textual and voice-controlled comments. And last but not least: Cat Inspect is completely free.
