S.O.S. Oil Analysis (including engine condition)
Condition monitoring (revealing irregularities in fuel consumption, inactive time, error codes and S.O.S. Oil Analysis plus advice).
By monitoring your machines proactively, you will always know how much your machines are consuming. You can also perform maintenance on time, thus minimising downtime. With the level 3 maintenance contract of Cat EMSolutions, you will benefit from a close watch being kept on the condition of your machine. As and when necessary, Pon Equipment will proactively give you advice.
With the level 3 option, we will keep a watch on the condition of your machine and, whenever necessary, proactively give you advice. We will tell you about any irregularities in terms of fuel consumption and will compare patterns with those of similar machines from all over the world. Moreover, we will inform you of upcoming maintenance intervals. This will include information revealed by error codes and the S.O.S .Oil Analysis.
One of the advantages of the level 3 maintenance contract is the S.O.S. Oil Analysis. The analysis is a key element of the contract and reveals irregularities that in many cases are not instantly visible, such as contamination and the wearing out of parts. Proactive monitoring enables you to avoid consequential damage, limit repair costs and avoid unwanted machine downtime.
